Kindred Business Networking is an organic business network. Founded by Barbara Ann Fitzpatrick. We are based on quality recommendations and experience rather than obligatory network referrals. We celebrate diversity, share best practices, connect, and have the freedom to flourish in life and in business.

We now operate as an online platform across both the UK and Ireland and members from Europe too.

We are a fresh, group of inspired business owners, entrepreneurs, sole traders, start-ups & freelancers who appreciate the power of professional networking, business mentoring, and business growth.

We offer business mentoring, connections, collaboration and business workshops to support small independent business owners with business growth through our Networking membership group

What is Kindred Business Networking?

It is a safe community where individual business owners can connect and feel supported. Considering the enormous impact lockdown has had on many businesses, the network provides a welcome opportunity for advice and guidance through business mentoring and it has certainly contributed to reducing that sense of isolation that often comes with being self-employed.

Barbara teaches heart-centred small business owners how to NetGIVE not NetWORK. She believes it is possible to create business growth without aggressively selling and is now taking this business networking model back to her home country of Ireland to enable more business owners to connect in a collaborative and supportive way.

There are many business networking groups in both the UK and Ireland, but what sets Kindred apart are the core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Engagement, Transparency, Inclusiveness, Support, Kindred Spirits, Openness, and Fun. And certainly, the way Barbara offers business mentoring to her members and is committed to teaching new skills through workshops for embers which is why this business networking group is different.
